How do hindus represent their spirituality?
To be frank, there is nothing called Hinduism . Its "Sanathana Dharma" which is defined as eternal righteousness. It got this name "Hinduism" because of the invasions in this soil from 12th century.
It generally emphasizes self realization which is the base of spirituality. In fact, the word "Advaitha" can be taken as a small example to discuss that. It explains the oneness factor which refers to three factors in this universe namely, "Aksharatheetha", "Akshara" and "Kshara" which describes the Ishwara or paramaathma or one god, Brahma or true stuff and Asath or perishable and changeable matter. Another example can also be given for the actual name of India which was BHaArath originally. It is also said that this name is derived from the name of Agni and it is also a name of Rudhra, a form of Shiva. The seven stones or the seven chakras in our body that has been sent to earth by Lord Shiva namely :
First Chakra (Muladhara) - Red,Second Chakra (Svadhisthana) - Orange,Third Chakra (Manipura) - Yellow,Fourth Chakra (Anahata) - Green ,Fifth Chakra (Vishudda) - Blue,Sixth Chakra (Ajna) - Indigo,Seventh Chakra (Sahasrara Chakra) - Violet.
Concentrating on these chakras will finally lead to self realization which is nothing but knowing god and this is why we call "Body is Temple".
This is a small example to show how our ancestors of Sanathana Dharma - the so called Hindus of today represented their spirituality and it is still continuing in certain corners of the earth even today.

Hi! Sree
Nice article. I like the simplicity in your article and ritualistic description. Enjoyed going through it. I also wrote some days back a hub on Advaita Vedanta.

Your article compliments what I wrote. you cover mainly ritualistic aspects which I did not touch at all.
